    Starting in private practice in 2013, Justin has since expanded his work through the founding and development of Therapy Nottingham. Previously, he has managed therapy services for children and young people in school and third-sector settings.

    Andréa Damico

    Andréa is an Integrative psychotherapist, working within a humanistic, relational, and developmental framework. Andréa has a wide range of experience working with people of all ages who need support or are experiencing difficulty. She has worked as a constitutional movement therapist since 1984 specialising in childhood developmental disorders in the NHS, private practice and educational settings both at home and abroad and gained a Masters in this subject in 2014.

    Alongside her work as a psychotherapist, Andrea manages a therapy department in a college for Special Needs adults.

    Antoinette offers both psychotherapy and supervision and has worked as a qualified therapist since 2009 within a variety of settings including third sector, further education and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). Aiming to work collaboratively with clients to explore all aspects of their experience, Antoinette supports clients in reaching towards new understandings. Each therapeutic process is as unique as each individual.

    Haley is a Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapist who works with a relational and developmental approach.

    Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, she worked for many years supporting survivors of domestic abuse and trauma and has worked with clients across diverse cultural backgrounds.

    Haley is passionate about working with clients wherever they are in their lives, helping them make sense of the thoughts, feelings and experiences they bring to therapy. She believes psychotherapy can increase your self-awareness, enhance your emotional and physical well-being, and reach a deeper understanding of yourself. Beyond this, therapy supports healthy and fulfilling relationships - with others and notably, with yourself.

    Jo Dean

    Jo is a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist working from a relational and developmental framework.

    Jo spent many years in Operational Management roles in both local and central government before qualifying as a Psychotherapist in 2017. She has extensive experience in providing therapy in the voluntary sector and short-term, focused support to University students.

    Like Irvin Yalom, Jo believes that “it’s the relationship that heals”. Finding a therapist who is really on your wavelength can be life-changing, and Jo gets huge satisfaction from seeing clients develop and grow.

    Natalie Drewry

    Natalie is a Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapist and approaches her work in a relational manner. Prior to her career in psychotherapy, she dedicated ten years to childminding giving her a valuable insight into childhood development and the impact of adversity, which led to her passion in this area. As a psychotherapist, Natalie has gained experience in the voluntary sector working with a diverse range of clients and issues.

    She is committed to guiding individuals towards their authentic selves and unlocking their full potential. She is a firm believer in a strong therapeutic relationship that promotes self-acceptance and personal growth.

  • Sharon Cotterill

    Sharon Cotterill

    Sharon is a Humanistic and integrative therapist who works with a relational approach.

    Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, Sharon worked in a secondary school, supporting young people and their families through complex challenges and mental health issues. This included trauma, loss, anxiety, self-harm, low self-esteem, and the struggles of a diagnosis of ADHD and ASD.

    Sharon also volunteered with a Nottingham charity to offer therapy to adults facing similar issues. She holds the firm belief that through building a supportive therapeutic relationship, it is possible to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, which can then help face the difficulties that life sometimes brings.

  • Tom Harvey

    Tom Harvey

    Tom is a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist working from a relational and developmental framework.

    Before qualifying as a Psychotherapist Tom worked in the photographic industry. As a Psychotherapist he has gained extensive experience in the voluntary sector and provided counselling for students at both college and university levels. He has supported clients from neurodiverse and diverse backgrounds and has worked with issues including PTSD, abuse, depression, self-harm, anxiety, disordered eating, chronic fatigue, and life-changing events.

    He is passionate about people, aiming to empower clients to develop a deeper insight into themselves, allowing them to find a new way of being through learning about themselves. This helps clients to find meaning and purpose in their lives.
