A 1-day in-person CPD workshop exploring how we understand, are influenced by and use relational needs in psychotherapy.  This workshop is suitable for both trainees and qualified psychotherapists and counsellors.

This CPD workshop will focus on the relational needs presented by Erskine et al. (1999).  Pre-reading is not essential.

Aims and Learning Outcomes

·      To explore relational needs and how they apply to ourselves and our work as a therapist

·      To understand the relationship between early unmet relational needs and late adult difficulties

·      To consider the cultural context of relational needs
