A wellbeing journey designed to help you learn and incorporate mindfulness meditation and mindfulness principles into your daily routine. You will experience guided meditation practices alongside other participants in a safe and welcoming environment.

The techniques taught are evidence-based and recommended by the NHS and NICE guidelines for mild to moderate low mood and relapse prevention in depression.

Participants will learn mindfulness meditation skills to manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate sustainable wellbeing.

Accessability

All in-person sessions will take place at Therapy Nottingham on the first floor, accessed by stairs.

Facilitator

Isabel Ponce Grosso, MA, Counsellor (MBACP Accredited) and Mindfulness MBCT Teacher. Isabel has more than 10 years experience facilitating and practising Mindfulness for the NHS and privately, and her approach is holistic and compassion-focused.
