What brings people to therapy
You don't need to know exactly what's wrong to start. These are some of the things people most often bring to therapy with us.
Worry, panic, overthinking, feeling on edge
Grief in all its forms
Feeling flat, stuck or hopeless
Self-criticism, shame, never feeling enough
Patterns, conflict, closeness and distance
Transitions, big decisions, work stress
When earlier experiences still shape today
Making sense of who you are

More than just talking
Integrative psychotherapy means your therapist draws on more than one approach, shaped around you rather than a fixed method. What matters most is the relationship: feeling understood, and having space to make sense of things.
We're a team of psychotherapists in Nottingham city centre, working with adults and young people aged 16 and over.
